FAQ’S

Are you a truly LOCAL agent?

Yes. We have years of local estate agency experience. Working in the area as Valuers and
Negotiators with high street and independent agents, we know the local market very well and can advise on all aspects of marketing your property.

What is included in my selling fees?

We have 3 different packages available for you to choose from. Each package shows what is included and all our prices include VAT.

What happens if I don’t sell my property?

Should your property be on the market longer than expected, we will help you review your options and conduct a full marketing review of your property. We look into everything such as all of your previous viewings and feedback, ways to boost your viewings and we will re-evaluate the local market including detail of what is selling in the area.

Would I get more money for my property with a high street Estate Agent?

No. We will help you achieve the best price possible. We will do all the negotiations on your behalf to ensure that we get the right price for you.

My property is already on the market. Can I use Vista Properties?

Yes, you can still use Vista Properties. You can choose to instruct us straight away and set the date for your marketing to start as the day your current agreement comes to an end. You could also instruct us as an additional agent (Subject to the terms of your existing agency agreement).

Do you ever release my personal contact details or information?

No. We do not share any of your personal details. We do, however, provide your name to the
opposing party when a viewing is arranged (unless you have chosen for Vista Properties to take care of your viewings, then in this instance, we provide our name).

What are your Terms and Conditions if I agree to sell with Vista Properties?

If you would like a copy of our T&S’s, please let us know and we will be able to send on via email.

When do I pay my fees and how do I make payment?

Your solicitor will usually make the payment via BACS on your behalf, but if you wish to make payment yourselves then we can provide you will the correct bank details

How do I review my property details?
